We are members of the Bulldog Club, a Danish association for French and English bulldogs. We are also member of the Danish Kennel Klub (DKK), and thus we are governed by the Fédération Cynologique International (FCI). Our kennel name is obviously registered in FCI. |

We are a small family where there are more dogs than people in the household. We all value our dogs. We have a small terraced house and a small garden. Therefore, we are often out with our dogs in the forests that exist in the area. We also go down to the beach or in the residential area nearby. |

We have the dogs living among us, and they participate in everything we do. Training is part of their life, shows will hopefully be too, and of cause we also love to play with them.
My husband and I come from families where we were brought up with different kinds of dogs. Both of us have now fallen for the French bulldog, and I mean really fallen. We adore this kind of dog, and now where the kids are almost grown up, we want to throw all our love at these small lovely creatures. |

Back in 2007 we got our kennel name. Already back then we were certain what we wished to do. It has taken some years to come forward to the dogs we would let get puppies, but the small creatures came here in 2009/2010. We still have 2 of these puppies and look forward to continue working with them. They will be seen at exhibitions here in 2010. |

August 2008:
I have recently spent two days at DKK, trying to get more knowledge about the breeder profession. We were approximately 35 breeders with different breeds. The first day was dealing with genetic, regulations about kennels, mating, and stimulations/motivations regarding puppies. The second day was dealing with, dogs mental tests, laws concerning buying and selling puppies, and information about our Breeder Club and the organizations surrounding it. I got much new information during those two days. It was fun to talk with other breeders, even though they didn’t have French bulldogs.
During the next couple of months, I can expect a visit from a member of DKK that will come here at my home, to see how my dogs and their surrounding are. If he/she thinks that everything is all right, I will be able to use the breeder logo from DKK. |

October 2008:
On October 22 I spent one more day at DKK. This time was because I wanted to know more about genetics and laws relating to breeding.
Once again I got a lot of information. The most exciting part was the color genetics. Research on this topic is happening worldwide, goes so fast that I guess we will know much more in a few years. I will try to keep me informed of this, if it can be done.

November 2008: On November 1 I finally got a visitor, I had been waiting for. Peter Jøndrup from DKK was here for nearly an hour. His task was to see my dogs and their surroundings. He found everything was in order so now I can go on with my breeding. |
